Explain your username: Many years ago when I had to come up with a username, I was into CATS with my daughter AND I have been obsessed with Alexander the Great since I was in 3rd grade so... alexcat came about.
Favorite season (it's ok if it's not summer): Fall. It reminds me of buying notebooks and pencils when I was a kid, as well as the county fair, Halloween and my birthday in November. An added bonus is cool weather.
What's your vibe? I am not sure I have a vibe... I am a grumpy old cat so that might be my vibe.
What is your summeriest fandom? (You can interpret this however you like….): This is strange but MCU, probably Nat and Steve... they like the outdoors.
Opening song on your summer mixtape: "Walk This Way" by Aerosmith. I remember hot days at the beach as a teen with Aerosmith playing loudly on the jukebox while we played Eight Ball in the Pier House. We wore short shorts and flirted with silly boys we'd never see again.

Fandoms: Tokusatsu Genre (Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, Etc), Captain Harlock + Leiji Matsumoto's works, Old Anime in general (especially 70s stuff), Legend of Zelda and other Nintendo games such as Pokemon, Earthbound/Mother, Kirby and Xenoblade. Those are the main ones but I love a ton of stuff. I also really love BL manga and hope to watch more BL dramas.

I also commonly have the username Linkily if linky isn't available. Linkily is a username I used since my very very old instagram account. For that I just used Link + and made sounds with my mouth until i got "ill-eee" and Linkily stuck

What do you post about? Well, I'm relatively new and so still finding my feet. So far it's a mix of day to day miscellaneous musings and fannish stuff, and tracking my writing progress/process! Fandoms: The all consuming one is link click (aka shiguang dailiren)--it kind of takes up 80% of my brainspace at any given time. Because of how intense the hyperfixation is, I've almost forgot (?) what other fandoms I'm in LOL. But past fandoms that stick out to me are sk8 the infinity, mdzs/tgcf, jwqs (a Chinese GL novel that Will ruin your life), fgep (by the same author of jwqs), Couple of Mirrors (a live action Chinese GL, also has a manhua). More recently to be hero x!

I also like animated media generally. I love to read a variety of physical books, really into queer litfic, though I'm not the fastest reader. What do you post about? Fic ideas, my general thoughts on fandom things, sometimes some website brainstorming and what I wanna work on with it.
How often do you post? Usually at least once a month for my monthly fic wrapup, but even that can be nothing if I don't write anything. I'm trying to use dreamwidth more than before, so a few posts a month at least.
What communities, if any, are you involved in? The ones I run are overmorefics, which are just my idv fics and rewriteafic, a year-long event. I'm not really active in communities right now, I sometimes post in allbingo, right now I'm also participating in inkingitout and fandom_empire. I hope to find more fun communities to be in.
What kind of accounts do you like to follow? Ideally, I'd follow all accs in my fandom but there's not much of that here. I mostly follow challenge communities as of now with a few people, mostly cause it's interesting to look at what others post sometimes.

Weekly prompts are really helpful for me to sit down and try to write some drabbles because I don’t often have the spoons for it. Favorite season (it's ok if it's not summer): Fall! I love pumpkin spice everything, the crisp wind, leaves, the chill, the fog, the darkening sky... ugh. Love it all.
What's your vibe? Asking me what my vibe is will probably result in a biased result. I tend to oscillate wildly between comfy and chill to data-driven and hardcore. Imagine me with cup of chamomile tea, a fluffy sweater, and gentle atmospheric noise in the background, chatting with you about my 10 page essay on someone's darkest hour and deepest trauma with a sparkle in my eye and a sense of regret in my voice.
